Best Place for Ammo in NJ?

Hey guys,
I am just curious to know if there are any stores or places to get good ammo for cheap. It sucks having to pay $16+ for 50 rounds of .45 WWB every time I go to the range. I also know that Dicks sells the Remington UMC .45 ammo for around $11 a box but they are always out of stock at the stores in my area everytime I call. Would I be able to cross the border to PA and buy ammo there (Walmart) without any problems?
Thanks

Could always buy online or at gunshows.

I buy pretty much all my ammo online.

Crossing the border to PA to buy ammo is perfectly legal. I would however suggest you start to reload your own. It's easy and I could certainly teach you or anyone else who is interested in reloading. I can reload lead .45 ACP 230 grain loads for appx. .10 a round.

Hello, New here, Just found the site. I found an online guy, who cannot ship to NJ, but you can but directly from his warehouse in Berlin (south Jersey) ....just go to www.ammoman.com

I understand that Ammoman's no-shipping-in-Jersey policy is just him trying to be fair w/ respect to local shops. I also understand he's had some questionable dealings posted here.

If he wasn't a ~2 hr drive one way for me, I'd go there and feel comfy being able to inspect what I was buying.

As it is, I get my stuff mail-order from Outdoor Marksman, Wideners, or Sportsmans Guide.
