Description for Item # 101962799
Now here is a tough one to find today. This is a pre-ban, 30-round AK-47/MAK90 clip-magazine with that ugly orange colored bakelite finish they like to put on them, is made for the .223 Rem.(5.56mm) cartridge, and it is still brand-spanking new. Better bid on this one or you'll be sorry. There are no markings on this clip-magazine other than a mold number, and from it's very well executed finish, I suspect it was specially made for parade or special guard units. This was acquired before the ban, and is most likely worth far more than the asking bid. Get this jewel now, before it is gone. You know damn well Obama will ban these from future sale.
Probably one of the EG bakelites modified with a .223 follower that were arround for SARs at one point. Not what I would consider terribly collectable.
That seller has been trying to sell that magazine, with that same description, for the last year at least. Sadly, he may find a special buyer for that special magazine one of these days.
"Sadly, he may find a special buyer for that special magazine one of these days."
Yup, these shysters troll past thousands of us on the i-net, and they only need ONE sucker to make their sale .......
Yep! This guy had it advertised as a Rare Russian AK-74 mag for the longest time. Back in Dec I asked for pics. The pics he sent showed an EG bakelite in very good condition. I emailed him back letting him know what he had, with a link to the above tacked mag ID thread. Never heard anything back, and he never changed the auction. Well it looks like he just changed the item description. Even at today's prices it's not worth more than 25 bucks. Some people give the rest of us a bad name
He probly added a .223 follower to the same EG mag...........
I just saw the old add for the Russian AK-74 Mag he has offered. So I will assume he has a stack of EG bakelites, and is knowingly passing them off as Rare mags to the unsuspecting buyer.
